NEW PROJECT - SSTC3

Asbestos Audit is happy to announce we will be working alongside Esh Group on the Sunderland Strategic Transport Corridor.

This project phase will create a new duel carriageway from the Northern Spire to the city centre bringing significant benefits to the local area and beyond.

Our role on this project includes the demolition asbestos surveys for 30 buildings and structures along the proposed route. The surveys will provide all the required information to safely demolish the structures to HSG-264.

Alongside this, we will be assisting the client in all manner of environmental compliance monitoring, ground testing, remediation and helping to ensure the project achieves the highest possible safety standards from start to finish.
